Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Distribution Specialist in Fountain Valley, CA Pay rate: $25/hr - $32/hr (dependent on experience) Shift availability: Mon u2013 Fri, 8a u2013 5p For instant consideration for this role, click on Apply Now and upload resume This position is responsible for all analytical and administrative tasks related to the distribution of vehicles in the region. Order, Allocate, Group, and Manage the regional pool car fleet to ensure correct number of vehicles are always in the pool. Have required maintenance completed on pool car vehicles, and correctly dispose of units when they reach the mile cap. Our ideal candidate for this Distribution Specialist must have/must be able to: u2022 Administer all vehicle invoices, certificate of origins, and purchase agreements when necessary. u2022 Process all lease paperwork and registration/title paperwork for company leases. Allocate, group, and distribute company car requests. u2022 Approve and process all regional vehicle requests in a timely manner. u2022 Work within SAP to distribute demo and lease returns to be purchased by dealer or individual. u2022 Distribute special unit vehicles for HMA associated events. u2022 Manage all vehicles used for company purposes including regional demos, pool cars, marketing vehicles, and company lease vehicles for all affiliate companies within the region. u2022 Process and track bills and invoices that are related to company car operations. u2022 Responsible for the formation of all regional reports utilizing CARS for Windows, SAP, etc., as needed and requested by management. u2022 Accurately track the disposition of all company cars including those sold at auction. u2022 Assist the Regional Distribution Senior Manager with any allocation or logistical activities necessary for the efficient operation of the department. u2022 Monitor and analyze each district sales manageru2019s wholesale and allocation performance u2022 Fulfill process and track all dealer services loaner transactions. u2022 Perform all other tasks as required including: training assistance and back-up support to associate analyst charged with Auto show vehicles Education/Certification Requirements: + High School Diploma or GED + Bachelors preferred Experience requirements for this Distribution Specialist: + 2+ years of relatable experience required + 1+ years of Sales or logistics experience + Sales mindset + Passion for automobiles + Strong analytical skills + Proficient with MS Office Suite + Basic understanding of SQL as related to formation of CARS queries and database operations As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
