Customer service Representative-Funding (Tier II)

Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative specializing in funding operations to join our team in West Henrietta, New York. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate processing of accounts receivable activities and delivering excellent customer support. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with customers and team members to uphold organizational goals while maintaining a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: u2022 Perform accurate data entry for purchased invoices and accounts receivable records. u2022 Prepare and organize weekly reports, including reserve analysis and accounts receivable activity. u2022 Monitor and analyze invoice data to identify inconsistencies or potential risks. u2022 Create and distribute financial reports, such as A/R aging and subsidiary reports, to senior management. u2022 Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and resolution. u2022 Collaborate with customers and team members to align with organizational goals and maintain service standards. u2022 Process and transmit accounting and payment reports, including wires and ACH transfers, in a timely manner. u2022 Provide feedback to management regarding client business activities based on sound business principles. u2022 Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures. u2022 Participate in occasional travel for required training sessions. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles. u2022 Strong proficiency in data entry and familiarity with accounting functions. u2022 Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and NetSuite. u2022 Excellent customer service skills with an ability to resolve inquiries professionally. u2022 Ability to analyze financial data to identify risks and inconsistencies. u2022 Familiarity with payment processing systems such as ACH transfers. u2022 Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. u2022 Commitment to teamwork and adherence to company policies and procedures.
