Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence Engineer 2 will be supporting business-area created technology solutions revolving around Humanas Medicaid and Medicare growth. Strong communication and organizational skills will be used to collaborate with both business and IT partners in creating and fulfilling development, process, and reporting needs.Analyzes a wide variety of Humana data to derive insights by using various platforms such as, PowerBI, IBM Mainframe, SQL Server, Oracle and/or CloudCreates, designs, and customizes data visualizations, including dashboards, charts, tables, and report layoutsWorks directly with internal and business partner associates, to identify requirements of system processing improvements and business impactWrites queries to pull/summarize/analyze data from various data sets and platforms
