Adecco is partnering with a client in Highland NY and is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembly Technician to join our team in Highland, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products and components accurately and efficiently while following safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. + Assemble components, products, or machinery using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment. + Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications. + Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety procedures. + Report any defective materials or production issues to the supervisor. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. + Record production data and maintain assembly logs as required. + Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent. + Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse environments preferred. + Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and drawings. + Strong attention to detail and quality. + Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets. + Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Physical Requirements: + Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks. + Comfortable working with hand and power tools.
