Whatu2019s in it for you? + Competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) + Weekly pay of $20.00-$22.00/hr. + Paid Holidays Primary responsibilities for Manufacturing Assemblers include: + Assemble, inspect, pack, ship, and handle component parts or sub-assemblies using basic tools and assembly techniques + Ensure quality and productivity are maintained by following procedures + Rotate through different roles to gain cross-training and support department needs + Assist with more complex tasks as needed to support team goals Requirements: + High School Diploma/GED required, with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred (prior assembly experience is a plus but not required) + Ability to use basic tools, perform assembly operations, and work from production sketches and process sheets + Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards + Ability to rotate stations, cross-train as needed, and work to a pre-assigned level of output while maintaining quality standards + Follow production sketches, process sheets, and instructions to determine setup procedures, required equipment/materials, assembly processes, safety precautions, and cycle times + Assist with more complex tasks as needed to support team goals and ensure adherence to prescribed processes For instant consideration for this position, click on Apply Now Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
