Adecco is currently seeking a Machine Operator II, in Bergen, NY. To be considered for this Machine Operator II position, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years previous direct experience in manufacturing environment. The Machine Operator II will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing or production environment. This position requires proficiency in machine setup, adjustments, troubleshooting and ensuring efficient production processes. The Machine Operator II is expected to follow safety guidelines, maintain quality standards, and adhere to company procedures. Responsibilities of the Machine Operator II: u00b7 Use and understand standard and metric measuring systems. u00b7 Set up, operate, and monitor various types of machines to produce parts or products according to specifications. u00b7 Adjust machine settings, install tooling, and perform calibration to ensure optimal performance and output. u00b7 Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify and address any defects or deviations. u00b7 Diagnose and resolve machine issues or malfunctions to minimize downtime. u00b7 Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs. Report any major issues to the maintenance team. u00b7 Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the work area is safe, clean, and organized. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Requirements of the Machine Operator II: u00b7 2-4 years of experience as a machine operator or in a similar role. u00b7 Proficiency in operating and maintaining various machines.
