The Sr. Accountant will handle all facets of accounting for multiple businesses using QuickBooks and cash basis accounting. Key Responsibilities: u00b7 Manage accounting for multiple businesses, ensuring accuracy and consistency. u00b7 Maintain financial records in QuickBooks for cash basis accounting. u00b7 Handle accounts payable and receivable and bank reconciliations. u00b7 Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow projections. u00b7 Assist external accounting firm with tax preparation and compliance. u00b7 Identify opportunities for financial optimization and cost-saving. u00b7 Collaborate with teams across various businesses to support their financial needs. u00b7 Adapt to evolving business requirements and contribute to process improvements. Requirements Requirements:: u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. u00b7 Proven experience in small business accounting, preferably managing multiple entities. u00b7 Proficiency in QuickBooks and cash basis accounting. u00b7 Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment. u00b7 A growth mindset with a passion for learning and innovation. u00b7 Creative problem-solving skills and an open mind. u00b7 Excellent communication and organizational skills.
