Role Summary The Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end management of samples, props, and merchandise within Betty Agencyu2019s studio. This role ensures products are received, tracked, prepped, and returned accurately and on schedule, enabling efficient food, product, and packaging content production. The Merchandise Coordinator supports the creative team by keeping all merchandise and prop logistics organized and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Sample & Merchandise Management u2022 Gather, receive, organize, track, and maintain all product, food, merchandise, and props for studio use. u2022 Ensure samples are available and prepped for scheduled photography and video shoots. u2022 Organize and maintain inventory within storage areas, prop room, and kitchen/prep spaces. u2022 Facilitate and expedite the return, donation, or disposal of all merchandise and props according to studio protocols. u2022 Source or shop for missing products when needed. Data & Workflow Management u2022 Update photography databases and trackers with product details, sample availability, and usage notes. u2022 Route merchandise across sets and coordinate with photographers, stylists, and producers. u2022 Provide merchandise status reports as required to keep production teams informed. u2022 Support metadata capture and asset tracking to ensure accurate cataloging. Studio Support u2022 Partner with creative and production teams to anticipate merchandise needs and prepare accordingly. u2022 Maintain organized, labeled, and clean sample/prop areas and kitchen/prep zones. u2022 Assist with general studio upkeep and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency. Job Requirements Education / Experience u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Merchandising, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience. u2022 Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in sample management, studio coordination, or retail operations. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities u2022 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with creative and operational teams. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Mac literate. u2022 Familiarity with Photoshop and/or studio workflow systems a plus. u2022 Comfortable handling food products and perishable samples.
