Title: Senior Product Designer (UX/UI + Research) Payroll Title: Sr Product Design Manager Division & Department: Corporate Platform Development Status: Full-Time Exempt Reports to: 4DX Product Leadership Location: Remote - Anywhere in the contiguous US Compensation: Anticipated compensation for this position is $123-$170k salary. Job Summary We are looking for a mid to senior level Product Designer to join the 4DX Platform team. The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) is FranklinCoveyu2019s proven framework for helping teams achieve their most important goals. By focusing on Wildly Important Goals (WIGs), acting on lead measures, keeping compelling scoreboards, and creating a cadence of accountability, 4DX enables organizations to consistently execute with excellence. You will be responsible for leading design, research, UX, and UI efforts across our modernized rebuild of the 4DX platform, designing for both mobile and web experiences. Your work will directly impact how leaders and teams execute their most important goals through clear, intuitive, and engaging experiences. While your primary focus will be the 4DX platform, you will also spend 25% of your time on projects for the Franklin Covey Impact Platform. FranklinCoveyu2019s Impact Platform is an AI enabled, multi modal learning system that unites world class content, expert facilitation, and seamless administration with real time analytics to drive measurable, sustainable behavior change at scale. Essential Job Functions 1. User Experience Research u2013 Plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, and workflow studies to understand admin and learner needs, pain points, and goals. Translate research findings into actionable design insights. 2. Product Design (UX & UI) u2013 Deliver sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity UI designs for end to end features. Ensure designs are user centered, mobile first, and scalable across the platform. 3. Design Systems & Standards u2013 Contribute to the evolution of FranklinCoveyu2019s design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and usability across all touch points. 4. Cross Functional Collaboration u2013 Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver high quality product experiences. As the primary designer on the 4DX platform, youu2019ll have significant autonomy and responsibility. Basic Qualifications + 6+ years of experience in product design, including UX research, UI, Desktop and Mobile design + Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work (research through polished UI) + Experience working at a B2B tech company or startup building digital products Preferred Skills & Experience + Experience with design systems, accessibility best practices, instructional design, and incorporating AI into UX and UI + General proficiency in modern design and collaboration tools (e.g. Figma and Asana experience) + Experience designing for SaaS, learning platforms, or B2B/B2C web and mobile applications + Self-directed and comfortable operating directly with cross functional partners + Mission driven with enthusiasm for helping individuals and teams achieve their goals + Collaborative, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment balancing research and delivery Why We Think This is a Great Opportunity + Impact at Scale u2013 The 4DX platform is used by organizations around the world to achieve breakthrough results.
