Seattle Colleges is seeking au00a0CRM System Administrator (for Seattle Promise) in its Public Relations and Strategic Initiatives office.Salary Range for this position is $63,268 to $87,371 annuallyu00a0(depending on experience).Opportunity is open until filled, first review of materials will beginu00a0October 10th, 2025.u00a0Position SummaryThe Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System Administrator for Seattle Promise is a full-time position at Seattle Colleges District Officeu00a0The position reports to the Associate Vice Chancellor of Public Relations and Strategic Initiatives and is a member of a districtwide team supporting strategic recruitment and retention planning and other initiatives showcasing Seattle Promise to prospective students, families, and the community.The CRM Admin for Seattle Promise supports these efforts by working with the district's CRM administrator, communications and recruitment teams and recruitment, outreach, retention, and communications professionals in the Seattle Promise program and at North, Central, and South Seattle Colleges to implement and maintain a districtwide CRM.u00a0This includes system configuration, report generation, training aids, and system maintenance. The system administrator enters data and tracks communications with inquiries, coordinates datasets and records management. It will also work with other departments to integrate data with other Seattle Colleges systems including the state student information system and the district student success software system.This position is responsible for identifying and setting best practices and ensuring consistency with regards to system usage, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity. It will encounter a variety of issues and be expected to do an analysis to determine which protocol is best.
