Description We are looking for an experienced Benefits Administration Manager to join our Human Resources team in downtown Dallas, Texas. In this Contract-to-Hire position, you will play a pivotal role in designing and managing comprehensive benefits strategies that align with organizational objectives. This role offers the opportunity to lead benefits programs, enhance employee well-being, and drive engagement while ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop, implement, and manage total rewards strategies, including competitive benefits programs. u2022 Administer employee benefits programs, oversee open enrollment processes, and promote wellness initiatives. u2022 Conduct workforce analysis to identify talent needs, address skills gaps, and support succession planning efforts. u2022 Manage vendor relationships, supervise benefits-related projects, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. u2022 Utilize data analysis to monitor and optimize benefits program performance while managing associated costs. u2022 Lead and mentor benefits staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. u2022 Communicate updates and changes to benefits programs effectively to employees and organizational stakeholders. u2022 Maintain accurate records and oversee benefits budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. u2022 Minimum of 8 years of HR management experience with a focus on benefits administration and workforce planning. u2022 Strong knowledge of 457 and 403(b) retirement plans. u2022 Preferred certifications include SHRM or PHR. u2022 Proficiency in Workday Benefits Module or similar HRIS systems, along with intermediate Excel skills. u2022 Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership capabilities. u2022 Proven experience in benefits design, administration, and analysis. u2022 Familiarity with competitive benefits packages and HRIS systems.
