In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate inventory levels and smooth production operations within a dynamic manufacturing setting. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to support manufacturing workflows and logistical processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Maintain accurate inventory records and verify components against production orders. u2022 Organize and manage material movements to ensure efficient storage and retrieval. u2022 Conduct regular inventory audits and annual physical inventory counts. u2022 Ensure data integrity in inventory management systems by updating records promptly and accurately. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inventory discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency. u2022 Provide backup support for shipping operations, including order fulfillment and preparing shipments. u2022 Implement and uphold inventory control procedures to minimize errors and losses. u2022 Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify potential shortages or excesses. u2022 Utilize inventory software to track, analyze, and report data effectively. u2022 Assist in optimizing storage solutions to maximize space and accessibility. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory analysis or related roles. u2022 Proficiency in inventory management software and systems. u2022 Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. u2022 Solid understanding of inventory controls and best practices. u2022 Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. u2022 Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and shipping procedures. u2022 Ability to conduct physical inventory counts and audits effectively.
