WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE As a Inside Sales Representative working from home, you will: + Provide inbound and outbound customer sales support using a call flow guide + Close sales, work on prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and use B2B and B2C skills + Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customers and drive sales + Be detail-oriented when it comes to sales of products and services + Track, document, and retrieve information in databases + Offer additional products and/or services with every sale + Deliver expert customer experiencesu2026with a smile. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.
