Collaborating with our Technology Consulting team, you will help organizations streamline operations and achieve strategic goals to serve the public better. We provide the full spectrum of technology consulting services to help state and local agencies meet operational and program needs that enhance the lives of their user base. Services: + Strategy, Architecture, Planning, and Procurement + Business Enablement + Business Solutions + Project Assurance An OCM consultant will provide expert support and guidance to clients ensuring projects meet objectives by increasing stakeholder adoption and usage. This consultant will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. u2022 Apply a structured methodology and change management tools to advise client on strategy to support adoption of changes for projects u2022 Responsible for organizational migration, gap analysis, and coordination of program improvement, communications, and training activities related to MEMS Modules, MMIS Core Solutions, Medicaid DSS/DW and SI. u2022 Prepare change impact assessments, identify risks, and provide recommendations to improve readiness and achieve project change goals u2022 Responsible for OCM Plan, and execution of the plan as lead advisor u2022 Operate independently as a lead and Subject Matter Expert u2022 Lead a team of OCM, and non SME team to execute client needs and OCM plan u2022 Advise the client on OCM best practices u2022 Support the development of procurement materials pertaining to OCM approach and vendors u2022 Support organizational design of OCM methodology Compensation: Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave Qualifications: u2022 Must be located in or near FL, SC, NC or GA u2022 Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences u2022 Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal u2022 Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations u2022 Problem solving and root cause identification skills u2022 Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others u2022 BA/BS-Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent experience required. u2022 5 years of previous OCM experience preferred. u2022 Medicaid experience a plus. u2022 Ability to understand both the service delivery system for programs which are administered by states and monitored by federal regulators. u2022 Ability to understand and be an expert in complex federal regulations and requirements. u2022 Strong Microsoft Office applications skills, especially data analytics (i.e. ACCESS, SQL, SPSS) u2022 Ability to use sound judgment in completing tasks and to seek guidance when needed. u2022 Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets with accurate results. u2022 Ability to move projects forward within a specific timeline and budget while working at a detailed level. u2022 Commitment to exceptional client service. u2022 Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset. u2022 Dedication to accomplishing goals and challenges presented by clients and management. u2022 Ability to interact with various levels of management and with clients. u2022 Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity. u2022 Enthusiasm for life-long learning and staying well-informed about current business issues. u2022 Able to follow, critically evaluate, and improve upon current processes. u2022 Excellent business writing skills and ability to make presentations to various audiences. u2022 Ability to recognize issues and identify solutions. Education: Bacheloru2019s degree or 5 yearsu2019 experience required and Masteru2019s degree (MPA or government focused MBA) preferred Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience This position is hybrid with travel/onsite requirements. To be successful at PCG, you must: + be available during your set working hours + have a safe, private, and distraction-free environment in which to complete your work, and + be able to give your full attention to the completion of your PCG job duties Some travel to the office or elsewhere may be required for team meetings, client meetings, etc. We are accepting applications on an ongoing basis until filled. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $85,000-$120,000.
