Intermediate Business Systems Analyst (Hybrid)Federated Hermes Career Opportunity #9535Pittsburgh, PAu00a0We have an exciting opportunity for anu00a0Intermediate Business Systems Analyst located in our Pittsburgh, PA location.u00a0What You'll DoThe Intermediate Business Systems Analyst works with the business and other technical staff, performing analysis, requirements elicitation, specifications development, documentation, technical writing, and testing as required.u00a0 The position is responsible for maintaining existing systems and associated responsibilities, developing and publishing business requirements and documentation and test plans.u00a0The Expertise We're Looking For- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or relevant experience; or, Bachelor degree in related business field accompanied with technology or business system specific related experience- 2 to 5 years of experience with systems analysis, writing technical and/or business documentation- Experience working in a financial services environment is preferred, experience supporting regulatory departments is a plus- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, HTML and authoring tools- Awareness of analysis methodologies including concepts such as entity-relationship- Experience with SQL and/or other tools to exploit database technologies and information gatheringu00a0Our Investment in YouWe believe our employees are our most important asset Therefore, we offer benefits programs designed to help you and your family thrive, training programs to advance your professional development and opportunities for you to give back to the community.
