On Call: Compliance Onboarding Specialist (2025-3174) job in Remote Location: Remote Role Type: Compliance JOB SUMMARY The Compliance Onboarding Specialist position is within Prolink's Compliance department and partners with key stakeholders to complete onboarding activities for designated external talent. The individuals hired for this position will be on demand employees and work shifts as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES u2022 Prepare pre-employment paperwork u2022 Collect and maintain onboarding documentation for all external employees, including I-9 verification, copies of IDu2019s, immunization records and certifications u2022 Complete drug testing and background check onboarding u2022 Orient new employees to company benefits u2022 Handle confidential information on a regular basis such as pay and other personnel related issues u2022 Responsible for complete onboarding prior to an employee beginning a scheduled assignment u2022 Responsible for monitoring onboarding throughout the entire length of the employeeu2019s assignment u2022 Perform other related duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS u2022 Excellent communication, business writing, and customer service skills u2022 Able to professionally manage confidential and sensitive information u2022 Able to perform compliance duties work across multiple division u2022 Strong motivation, detail-orientation, visual attention, manual dexterity, integrity, and perseverance u2022 Able to be flexible and adaptable to meet tight deadlines, deliver results, and quickly pivot based on shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment u2022 Able to use a variety of business or technical programs to complete tasks u2022 High level of integrity, motivation, accountability, perseverance, and alignment with Prolinku2019s values PREFERENCES Candidates with additional and relevant experience, education, licensing, or certification beyond the roleu2019s requirements and/or specific to the nature of Prolinku2019s business will be given additional consideration in the candidate selection process.
