Industry Leading Manufacturing Company URGENTLY Hiring Assembly Technicians Apply today and a recruiter will reach out to you with more information Located in Congers, NY Pay: $20.35 an hour Shift: 6am-6:30pm Friday-Sunday (every other Thursday) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience with assembly equipment, the ability to lift 35 pounds, and prior production and clean room experience. The primary responsibilities include working on production and assembly equipment to produce high-quality parts. Responsibilities + Monitor the quality of components and clearly communicate any issues to the supervisory team. + Validate product quality through SPC and visual, dimensional, and functional quality checks. + Ensure proper packaging of products. + Perform quality checks using various inspection gauges, microscopes, or calipers. + Perform continuous quality checks to ensure products meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements. + Fill machine hoppers, perform rework, and sort machine scrap. + Package finished products and prepare them for storage or shipment. + Notify supervision of product quality or mechanical issues. Essential Skills + Experience with assembly equipment + Ability to lift 35 pounds + Prior production and clean room experience + Ability to handle multiple tasks + Good organizational skills + Basic PC skills + Ability to occasionally deal with frequent bending and twisting APPLY TODAY Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $22.20/hr.
