Leaving a lasting impression on our customers through friendly, authentic interactions at our customer-facing workshop. Accurate and effective work, representing the brand's specialized services from the introduction to the customer through the duration of their service.Sample of tasks required of role:WORKSHOP:- Expert on Coach Leather Services- Co-create designs with customers and execute in a timely manner- Maintain workshop organization and cleanliness- Use your expertise of the products and services to elevate the customer experience- Act as liaison between the customer and NJ Repair Workshop- Perform all Coach specialized services including: - Monogramming- Customization- Leather Care- (Re)Loved and Repair Evaluations- Belt and Watch sizingOPERATIONS:- Communicate all discrepancies to Store Management- Organize and clean back stock daily; to include offsite / remote warehouse as applicable- Shift/organize backstock product; react to sell through and make room for new product- Manage stock levels/product ownership in back-of-house and sales floor- Participate in store physical inventory counts, as scheduledSALES FLOOR:- Regularly analyze sales floor to assess replenishment needs- React to sell through and execute visual merchandising needs.- Effectively communicate information pertaining to price points, features/benefits, color and stock availability to multiple customers- Respond to customer requests confidently; partner with sales team or Store Management, when needed- Upkeep housekeeping standardsA successful individual will...- Have a positive attitude and work well with customers- Have knowledge of the brand and what it means to be a Coach Craftsperson- Creative mindset- Possess leader skills to help train other associates who are not confident in customization- Ideally have some background in craftmanship/creating- Ideally have some background in art, crafting, utilization of tools and machinesAdditional RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet), utilize walkie talkie, understand and read price and product release sheets.Physical: Ability to execute at a fast pace. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team. Ability to maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room; climbing, bending, and kneeling are required.
