We help organizations of all kinds redefine what's possible, give shape to the future-and get there.Our leadership team is currently seeking a Client Partner (Sr. Principal to Sr. Director level) to join our team and work with clients across multiple industries, which could include Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Energy & Resources amongst others. This individual will drive business results through exceptional delivery for our Columbus location. This leader will serve as a trusted partner to both our internal teams and our client teams, building and executing customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes.What You'll Do Build strategies to target and develop business with existing and new clients Partner with clients to solve problems and bring value beyond the obvious Drive business development with the proper information (creation of SOW, RFP responses), tools and subject matter expertise to sell engagements Build and manage a portfolio of $2.5M to $12.5M+ Build and maintain long-term client relationships Be responsible for achieving and maintaining client satisfaction across several engagements Orchestrate and build pursuit teams to solve clients' business problems, and lead teams through deal close, Lead engagements and project teams, delivering complex solutions Manage individual and team utilization range depending on client needs - individual utilization target of up to 60%, dependent on level (Sr. Principal to Sr. Director) Lead (client) accounts, managing teams, consultants on account(s) and providing internal updates on account activities Maintain awareness of industry best practices and understand how Slalom capabilities interactWhat You'll Bring Experience in developing client relationships in healthcare, manufacturing, and/or Energy & Resources 7+ years' experience managing teams through all the lifecycles of a project including experience working in an IT service or consulting firm managing a large account or multiple accounts Proven experience with complex account management, navigating large enterprise organizations Experience managing transformation programs that incorporate people, processes, and technology Experience building and managing complex proposal teams and processes Experience synthesizing intelligence to make informed bid/no-bid decisions Ability to partner with other firms to meet RFP teaming requirements Previous responsibility for revenue and sales goals and management Experience managing the performance of individual consultants, either as direct reports and/or as members of project teams Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a track record of client satisfaction Constant and consistent learner mentality that you bring to work every day The ability to effectively balance business development, contracting/negotiating, solutioning, client engagement, delivery excellence enablement, operations/financial management and team/people management all in a single role Previous P&L ownership and responsibilitiesAbout UsSlalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company.
