We are hiring Youth Specialists at both the Heery and Farano Centers to support youth in a structured, supportive, and therapeutic environment. These are ongoing openings, and we welcome applicants for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles. Shifts vary and may include days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. As the Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: + Provide daily care, supervision, and emotional support to residents and their children (if applicable) + Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all residents at all times + Supervise youth during visits with family members or identified visitors, following Family Plans and case plans + Plan and implement a balanced daily routine and group living experiences + Provide coverage at any CMS residential program as assigned + Transport clients to school, medical appointments, court dates, visitation, or other activities Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker Minimum Salary: $ 17.00/hour Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker Maximum Salary: $ 21.00/hour Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker Schedule: Please see below Current Openings Include Heery Center Farano Center Both Programs 1 Full-Time Evening (Sundayu2013Thursday, 3:00 PM u2013 11:00 PM) 2 Full-Time Evening (Mondayu2013Friday, 2:00 PM u2013 10:00 PM; includes alternating weekends) Per Diem opportunities available, with preference for evening and/or weekend availability. 1 Full-Time Evening (Sundayu2013Thursday, 3:00 PM u2013 11:00 PM) 1 Full-Time Overnight (Sundayu2013Wednesday, 10:00 PM u2013 8:00 AM) 1 Part-Time Overnight (Thursdayu2013Saturday, 10:00 PM u2013 8:00 AM) 2 Part-Time Day (Fridayu2013Sunday, 6:00 AM u2013 2:00 PM) Weekend Warrior Shifts: + Saturday AM (6:00 AM u2013 2:00 PM) + Sunday AM (6:00 AM u2013 2:00 PM) + Sunday PM (2:00 PM u2013 10:00 PM) Note: During the interview process, hiring managers will discuss your availability, experience, and shift preferences to identify the best fit.
