At Pye-Barker, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Engineer or Territory Manager to lead business growth, drive product sales, and deliver excellent service to clients in Georgia.What you will be doing:Present and sell industry-leading products, including pumps, air compressors, and blowers, and work with clients to engineer packages and skids tailored to their specificationsBuild meaningful relationships to ensure Pye-Barker is the first call for client needsDrive a 10% annual sales increase in your territory by identifying new client opportunities and securing service contractsConduct client presentations, plant audits, and engaging 'Lunch & Learn' sessions to showcase our productsCollaborate with internal teams to create accurate quotes and drive service fulfillmentMaintain detailed CRM records to keep clients and teams alignedWhat you will need:3-5+ years in B2B industrial sales or outside sales.Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Associate's or Bachelor’s) preferred Expertise with compressed air, pumps, and pressure blowers is idealProven ability to interpret and meet clients’ needs with customized solutionsOrganized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with strong time management skillsJoin Pye-Barker and drive success in a role that values your skills and supports professional growth.
