As a Financial Aid Advisor, you’ll be the friendly guide that students and their families rely on to make sense of financial aid, from securing resources to understanding the process. Solve Problems: Identify and address barriers to starting or continuing school with creative and effective solutions.Educate and Empower: Explain federal aid, FAFSA, scholarships, and more to help students make informed financial decisions.Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Admissions, Student Services, and other teams to enhance student satisfaction and success.Other duties assignedEducation: High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferredExperience: 3 years in customer service or sales; 2 years in Financial Aid preferredTitle IV: experience preferredSkills:Excellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with computer applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint)About Us:It’s all about reputation. 60 years of experience, trusted by 35+ industry-leading brands, 16 campuses, and 16 technical programs.
