You must be able to recognize potential breakdown issues before they happen and make the appropriate recommendations to the customer. You must also be comfortable asking for money and deliver excellent communication skills.Essential Job FunctionsAbility to work a flexible schedule and maintain attendance based on business needs.Ensure new/returning customers’ concerns are addressed and handled appropriately, timely, and in an accurate manner.Abilit to manage stress, difficult, or emotional customer situations.Operating company vehicles, and you will be expected to follow all state and federal laws, as well as maintain the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicles.Safety responsibilities & requirements will be provided in training, and no tolerance will be accepted for disregard of safety instructions.Operate a variety of hand and power tools, meters, hand tools, and all other test equipment utilized in the trade.Perform skilled maintenance work in the repair, installation, and alteration of HVAC equipment, components, timers, motors, and any other wiring system as needed.Submit customer invoices via company iPad, correctly documenting customer equipment information, diagnostics, and all recommended repairs.Perform proper maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems that prevents systems from breaking down and provide safety and comfort for our clients.Communicate options to clients for maintenance, repairs, and replacementAbility to speak and maintain professionalism to customers, team members, and vendors.Essential Job RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to adequately perform each essential duty.
