Patient Access Specialist - Fruitland

This customer service position is often the first person a patient encounters when entering the St. Luke's Medical Group in Fruitland, Idaho. This important role supports exceptional interactions to ensure professional, timely and accurate written and verbal communication with both patients and caregivers (both in person and by phone).Shift details: Monday-Friday 9am-6pmWhat you can expect from this role:Registration, scheduling, and referral coordination for patientsDiscussions on financial options and/or explanations of insurance coverage, including authorizations, verifications, and estimatesUse a variety of technologies, tools and resources to support departmental workflowsOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications for this Role: Education: High School Diploma or EquivalentAt St. Luke’s, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission - and this includes our own SLHS team.
