Supervisors oversee the Security Staff, and ensures that they are adhering to the rules, regulations and policies of the PPL Center, while providing excellent customer service.This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00-$17.00Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingThis position will remain open until January 9, 2026.Manage Security Staff during shift as assigned by Manager.Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.Have knowledge of building layout, including restrooms and exits.Have knowledge of all rules and regulations.Have knowledge of all authorized credentials.Monitor guests and enforce rules.Assist in crowd management, seating discrepancies, and settling disputesInform Security Manager of developing problem.Respond in a quick and professional manner to incidents.Be aware of all special functions or activities that occur.Assist with sign in/out of all staff.Distribute uniforms and equipment.Other duties as assigned.Must be at least 18 years oldHigh School diploma or GEDMust have excellent customer service experienceStrong problem solving skills and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environmentPrior supervisory experience is a plusEffective oral communication and writing skills in the English; additional languages a plusAbility to interact with guests and staff with a professional and friendly appearance and attitudeAbility to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to nights, weekends and select holidaysMust be able to stand or walk constantly for extended length of timeMust be able to work in an environment of moderate to loud noise levelsMust have knowledge in surveillance, access controls, and fire alarm panelsAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
