Treasury Analyst

Responsible for analyzing and reporting on the cash position, cash flow, and liquidity of the company. Developing and maintaining cash flow reports, forecasts and projections as well as managing and executing cash transactions. Maintaining relationships with banks and other financial institutions and assists in evaluating loans, interest rates and equity investments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare the daily cash report for the ownerPrepare cash forecasts, cash projections, and other cash reports and schedules as requested by the ownerCalculate and review owners' distributions.Maintaining the appropriate Company cash balancesManaging the line of credit, including draws and paymentsPreparing and sending wire, foreign exchange and ACH transactions through the bank websitesAssist the owner in special projects and confidential mattersReview and assist with property tax issuesFinancial planning of major purchases including capital expendituresManage the corporate investment activityReview the registration and business licenses for federal, state and local jurisdictions.Manage certain insurance information, such as the statement of valuesHandle lockbox deposits, incoming and outgoing wires, daily cash reportPrepare sales commissionsReconcile bank accountsPrepare journal entries for items including, but not limited to cash transfers, bank fees, freight, commission accruals, etc.Manage and post the majority of cash account activity to the checkbookBachelor’s degree in the field of accounting, finance or business required.Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.CPA preferred.Five or more years’ related experience required.
