As a Senior Helper, youâll have a fulfilling job providing companionship and enhancing the quality of life for elderly clients all while having a flexible schedule and competitive pay! $250 sign on bonus and $100 referral bonuses available! Opportunities for overtime also available! Starting rate is, $13-$15 per hour. Shifts are available immediately! Required Caregiver Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Completion of a state-approved PCA certification training course (We will assist with training to obtain PCA, certification) Possess a valid Oklahoma driverâs license Reliable transportation with valid auto insurance Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test TB TestResponsibilities include: Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting/incontinence care, ambulation assistance) Assist with instrumental activities of daily living (light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, errands/transportation) Transferring and positioning of client Observing and reporting changes of physical and mental conditions Companionship and conversationBenefits: Paid PCA training opportunity $13-15 per hour $250 Sign on Bonus $100 Employee Referral Bonus Medical, Vision ,Dental Insurance Offered Senior Helpers contributes $50/month for Allstate accident/disability insurance Opportunities for bonuses.
