Youâll ensure operational excellence, safety, and quality service delivery across your assigned region.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct monthly audits to ensure compliance with company standardsPerform truck inspections (cleanliness, equipment, PPE)Conduct site assessments (e.g., roof cleanliness, proper disposal of materials)Verify quality of repairs and installationsEnsure team members have proper PPE and coordinate replenishmentApprove vendors for operational needsAssist with technician vacation planning and on-call schedulingLead PM completion efforts and ensure accurate documentationSupport training coordination for techniciansPerform other duties as assigned by the Division ManagerLocation: Field-based role in Washington, DC with occasional travel for training or meetings.
