The core hours are 8:30am to 5pm. , The hourly rate for this position is 27.17 per hour.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations., What youâll do:Operate a forklift to move components, supplies ,finished goodsLoad and unload trailers as requiredPick and pull stock for deliveryOrganize pallet area, Organize material storage locations in front yard, inside the building on a regular basisComplete daily forklift inspectionPrimary owner for recycling duties for assigned area (i.e., emptying cardboard bins to the cardboard baler daily, operating cardboard baler, etc.)Troubleshoot and resolve problems as they arise.Keeps work areas clean and safe.Supports all facility Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives including, but not limited to:⢠, , Maintain 5-S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) throughout shop floor and office areas.⢠, , Track and sustain all visual management tools such as, but not limited to: layered audits, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) boards, and any additional LEAN tools that are deemed necessary to provide direction, goals and status to the shop floor.⢠, , Encourage, support, and actively participate in Kaizen improvements and events throughout the facility, department, and area of responsibility as needed.Other various duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
