Responsibilities: u2022 Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and ensure timely reporting. u2022 Record and reconcile journal entries to maintain general ledger accuracy. u2022 Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing annual accruals for tax purposes. u2022 Conduct cost analysis for case goods and bulk wine to support financial decision-making. u2022 Handle inter-company accounting processes and oversee fixed asset management. u2022 Assist in tracking construction-in-progress projects and perform inventory reviews. u2022 Monitor daily cash flow and ensure proper invoicing procedures. u2022 Prepare for audits by organizing relevant documentation and ensuring compliance. u2022 Collaborate with production teams and work in controlled environments requiring safety protocols. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. u2022 3u20135 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or winery operations, with a strong attention to detail. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with accounting systems. u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to support financial tasks. u2022 Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration across teams. u2022 Knowledge of auditing principles and internal controls. u2022 Experience with cost analysis, fixed assets, and general ledger management. u2022 Ability to work in a primarily office-based environment with occasional exposure to production areas.
