Position Summary: Responsible for the daily/weekly maintaining of pallet tracking (where applicable), audit of driver logs and trip reports, log and driver file DOT requirements tracking. Liaison for internal customer support. Track all return goods as directed by the customer for close out of returns from the private fleet. Pay : $20.60/hr Schedule: u2022 Front Half Sunday u2013 Tuesday & E/O Wednesday 12 AM u2013 12:30 PM u2022 Back Half Thursday u2013 Saturday & E/O Wednesday 12 AM u2013 12:30 PM Additional Benefits: u2022 Paid Time Off u2022 Medical Insurance u2022 Dental Insurance u2022 Vision Insurance u2022 Life Insurance u2022 401K u2022 Associate Referral Program Major Responsibilities: u2022 Various office and administrative duties, database and miscellaneous reporting, answering phones, assisting customer service and drivers with their routes. u2022 Audit driver arrival times, maintain of files, customer service interaction, resolution of driver equipment requests and pallet tracking. u2022 Maintenance and distribution of route trip summaries, daily interface with drivers, u2022 Involve Safety team as required by location u2022 Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements u2022 Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential u2022 Ability to work in a team environment u2022 Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor Qualifications: u2022 2 years of general office experience required u2022 1 year of customer service experience required u2022 High School diploma or equivalent required u2022 Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required u2022 Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job u2022 Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
