Service Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Service Coordinator who is looking to work for a well established distribution, installation, and bakery product based company in Hillsborough NJ! Schedule Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Compensation $50,000 - 55,000 Responsibilities: Daily work in the ticket system Solution focused cooperation with the helpdesk and MIWE Germany & USA Reporting of all accruing costs and expenses in the ERP system Invoice Service and Installation work to customers Prepare warranty claims for approval and invoice to MIWE HQ Create quotes for customers Scheduling of MIWE techs and Service Providers for repair and installation work Clarification of contents of work with MIWE techs and Service Providers Organize claim and complaint management for the assigned customer Organize installations and full roll out scenarios for the assigned customers Development of the service coverage for the assigned customers Development and monitoring of quality of the service technician involved in the assigned customer regarding installations and maintenance Organization of trainings for technicians and customers Invoice customers for service performed ?Qualifications: Good computer skills is a MUST Excellent customer service skills Prior experience with scheduling, and preparing warranty claims Creating quotes Prior service coordinating, and administrative (invoicing) exp Immediate Benefits Upon Hire Medical Plan Direct Deposit Dental Plan Vision/Eyewear Plan Life Insurance Referral Bonus Apply immediately on or call (908)-505-0415 today.
