Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Inside Sales Location: Charlotte, NC Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales professional to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with customers, and has a passion for design and home improvement. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with product inquiries, order processing, and sales support. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions Assist clients with product selection, pricing, and availability Process orders, quotes, and follow-ups using internal systems Collaborate with outside sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Support showroom activities and help maintain a clean, organized presentation space Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service or inside sales Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Preferred Experience (Huge Plus): Background in interior design, home improvement, or the stone industry Familiarity with design trends, materials, and finishes Experience working in a showroom or design center environment
