Responsibilities Required Education: Associateu2019s degree Preferred Education: Bacheloru2019s degree Required Experience: 2 years of office experience or equivalent combination.. Experience providing a high level of customer service. Preferred Experience: 1 year of office experience with a Bacheloru2019s degree Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Proficiency with intermediate to advanced word processing, spreadsheet and database applications. Moderate to fast, accurate keyboarding. Good proofreading and writing skills. Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Proficiency with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office or proficiency with Apple. Knowledge of desktop publishing software. Knowledge of Access. Qualifications In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the hourly rate for this position is USD $37.900. This rate is based on bargaining unit contracts. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
