CTG is seeking to fill an Application Consultant - ServiceNow for our client in New York, NY. Location: New York, NY Duration: 12 months Duties: u2022 Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow IRM modules, workflows, and integrations. u2022 Develop technical solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, AngularJS, REST, and XML. u2022 Support Agile/SAFe development teams, participating in scrum activities and sprint planning. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions. u2022 Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to best practices. Skills: u2022 3+ years of ServiceNow IRM experience (configurations, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, CMDB, integrations). u2022 Strong in JavaScript, RESTful APIs, XML, Java, Jelly scripting, AngularJS. u2022 5+ years of Agile/SAFe experience with tools like Rally. u2022 Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience: u2022 5+ years in software development or application consulting, including 3+ years focused on ServiceNow. u2022 Proven success with ServiceNow implementations or enhancements. Education: u2022 BS/MS in Computer Science or related field. u2022 ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required; additional certifications preferred.
