We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer to join the Customer & Field Service Experience Agile Release Train (ART) within the Service Experience Value Stream (VS). As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in supporting the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. You will work closely with technology analysts, developers and business stakeholders to customize and optimize our Salesforce platform while also contributing to broader application development initiatives. What Youu2019ll Do: u00b7 Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies. u00b7 Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions using both front-end and back-end technologies to meet business needs. u00b7 Architect and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and technical best practices. u00b7 Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements. u00b7 Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce environment to ensure optimal performance and user experience. u00b7 Optimize the software development lifecycle by identifying and addressing inefficiencies and productivity barriers. u00b7 Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications through continuous improvements, automation, and risk mitigation strategies. u00b7 Evaluate and refine application architectures and infrastructure to improve scalability, security, and performance. u00b7 Document and maintain technical artifacts to ensure up-to-date records of application states and system configurations. u00b7 Stay current with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities. u00b7 Foster a collaborative team environment, working closely with colleagues to drive innovation and achieve business goals. What Youu2019ll Bring: u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study is required u00b7 Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I and II). u00b7 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration. u00b7 Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning (experience with Lightning Web Components is a plus). u00b7 Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules. u00b7 Proficiency in Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools. u00b7 Proficiency with Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform u00b7 Experience working in complex Salesforce environments, preferably with Salesforce Service Cloud. u00b7 Experience with Salesforce integrations and AppExchange products. u00b7 Strong knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScript frameworks, and SLDS framework u00b7 Experience with Salesforce declarative development using Flow.
