Are you ready to become a leader on our Bardy team?What you'll be doing:As the Regional Sales Manager you will recruit, hire, develop, and performance manage top talent to build a successful Regional Team.Collaborating with the Vice President of Sales to develop commercial team objectives and growth initiatives, and also developing a strategic plan to drive CAM Patch adoptionImplementing a regional business plan and sales strategy to manage your team to successEmpowering your team to reach their full potential by crafting a culture that fosters teamwork, planning, and execution to exceed corporate and commercial Team goals and objectivesUnderstanding the business at the regional level and providing quarterly sales operating reviews to sales leadershipDeveloping relationships with Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Neurologists and Emergency Medicine Physicians to drive increased adoption of products and services. Training staff, physicians and administration on the proper usage and billing codes for our products & servicesWhat you'll bring:Bachelors degree required with 5+ years of sales management experience within medical device/hospital space. Cardiology, Electrophysiology or Cardiac Monitoring sales experience highly preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, as well as presentation skillsStrong business acumen including knowledge of sales processes and market dynamic while leveraging your strong leadership to
