JOB REQUIREMENTS: Top Skills (3) & Years of Experience: 2 years ofexperience required. - Customer service/interaction with users duringdevice setup - Imaging Devices - Efficiently and independently managingservice tickets and life cycling old equipment Nice to Have: - Must beable to work independently but in a team environment. - Must be able tomeet deadlines. - Must be able to multi-task and balance their workday.Project Details: Desktop Support staff to maintain a working knowledgeof our internal computer system. The technician will be in charge ofrepairing and maintaining thousands of desktops, laptops and other PCdevices. They will also be installing new PC's and laptops to replaceend of life cycle equipment. The technician will be doing those taskswhile maintaining inventory and properly disposing of outdated equipmentby recycling those items. The technician will also maintain and closework orders in the DOC ticketing system. The technician receivesoversight from the Field Tech Manager to ensure that policy, procedureand methodology are being followed.
