This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is based on experience and skill level. If you are a BAS Installer eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope: Install and wire building automation system componentsWorking with sensors, controllers and actuatorsGuide and direct subcontractors and ensure guidelines are being followedRead and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawingsPerform systems startup, testing and commissioning to ensure proper operationTroubleshoot and resolve installation issues and system malfunctionsMaintain accurate records of installationsFollow all safety standards and protocols during installationStay current with industry trends codes and energy management best practicesMaintain personal and company tools in good working conditionMust be familiar with current bas installation codes procedures and practices Ability to learn the JCI controllers and installation standards Must possess and maintain a strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC controls and building automation protocols e.g. BACnet Modbus ethernet Ability to utilize all available resources for problem solving as needed Ability to work independently and as part of a teamMust possess and maintain a valid drivers license and clean driving recordTradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
