We would love you to join our team!Configure, maintain, and support the UKG ProWFM system. Focus is currently on scheduling, however there are upcoming rollouts of timekeeping, attendance, and leave modules.Serve as a first point of contact for issues, providing troubleshooting and user support to employees and managers.Collaborate with HR, Payroll and Operations teams to ensure proper configuration and compliance.Daily review of UKG inquiries to a shared mailboxUpdate training and communication materials as needed for new and existing usersProvide one-on-one support and training via Zoom to leaders and managersCommunicate issues/concerns to the project team and assist with brainstorming solutionsGenerate regular and ad-hoc reports related to attendance, scheduling, timekeeping, and other various matters.Continual support of configuration and optimization projects in UKG ProWFM.Assist with a UKG timekeeping migration projectMinimum RequirementsProficient in ExcelWork with a sense of urgencyDetail orientedExcellent oral and written communication skillsProblem solverPreferred QualificationsPayroll/Timekeeping experiencePrevious experience with UKG ProWFM, Oracle E-Business Suite, When I Work scheduling systemExperience with supporting a shift-based workforce in a healthcare environmentExperience with Microsoft Access
