We’re Growing! Join our Meta Store Retail team in Honolulu as we bring Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses and Meta Quest mixed reality to life. We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead and inspire our Meta Brand kiosk team at Ala Moana Center, with the exciting opportunity to transition into leading our permanent retail store within the same center. As a Meta Retail Store Manager, you are focused on managing a team that provides a world-class customer service experience through immersive, hands-on demos of our clients' wearable and mixed-reality products.In this role, you will lead a team passionately focused on driving customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through every engagement. You will serve as the subject matter expert for everything Meta and emulate the desired behaviors with your team.Paid training will take place the week of November 10th, and the store is scheduled to open the week of November 24th.
