We’re Growing! Join our Meta Lab Retail team at the Ala Moana Center in Honolulu as we bring Ray-Ban AI Glasses and Meta Quest mixed reality to life!As a Senior Experience Expert, you are focused on creating the best in-store customer experience through immersive, hands-on demos of AR & VR products and educating customers. You will be the lead person on all large-scale events and Bay Area pop-ups. You will train new hires in collaboration with the Retail Manager. Our ideal candidate is a tech-savvy leader with high attention to detail, exemplary communication skills, natural problem-solving abilities, and must have completely open and flexible availability.Paid training will take place the week of November 10th, and the store is scheduled to open the week of November 24th. Fully understand the features & benefits of our client’s products, including accessoriesDemonstrate Ray-Ban AI Glasses and Meta Quest products to customers and influence how they play, learn & experience the world around them.Serve as a customer escalation point for the team on the sales floor when management isn’t presentLead & execute large events within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with the attendeesPerform day to day operations, including but not limited to; opening & closing procedures & maintain interactive customer displaysAchieve all goals & key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not metOther duties as assigned by managementExperience and Education: High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling Skills and Attributes: Exemplary interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal and on camera Ability to leverage advanced customer service and industry-related experience to engage with consumers Must be results and detail-oriented Must be extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Able to work well in a team environment Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time Flexible availability including nights & weekends Ability to travel via airplane, car or train up to 10% of the timePhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs.
