The responsibilities of this job include providing maintenance as well as taking preventative measures in all areas of the PACE Center’s structural, electrical, and plumbing systems; medical call, security, and access control collaborative components; and to support Center staff in daily operations.Skills & RequirementsHigh School Diploma/GED is required.Two (2) years of maintenance experience is required.EPA Universal Refrigerant handling certification or ability to obtain. One (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population required, or completion of job specific training related to working with the elderly population must be completed within the first six months of hire.Valid driver’s license with own dependable transportation.At Immanuel, we believe that our success is built on the collective strength of our people.
