Dentist Recruiter

Western Dental & Orthodontics is looking for a dynamic and creative self-starter to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Dental Recruiter. Every day, dental services are provided to our patients by more than 5,000 Western Dental professionals and non-clinical team members throughout more than 300 clinic locations and Western Dental's corporate headquarters in Orange, California.The Dental Recruiter will be responsible for the recruitment of dentists in specific company regions. This role will require a motivated and resourceful individual with excellent sales, interpersonal and communication skills and the willingness to work hard to fill existing positions. We are looking to add a senior dental recruiter to build and lead a recruiting team as the organization grows.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain a recruiting programCoordinate recruiting, sourcing, and networking strategies to recruit into our practicesIdentify potential candidates by cold calling and using other creative methods in order to build and maintain a continuous applicant poolManage the interview process closely to ensure a positive experience for interviewing candidates and our hiring managersCreate and maintain a management reporting tool that provides insight into key recruiting information including recruiting status and trends; time to fill; open positions and other relevant informationResponsible for placement of job postings and screening of all doctor and staff resumes received through various venuesEstablish relationships with local professional dental organizations; attend meetings, workshops, and conferencesManages information flow for recruits and acquisition doctors throughout DAG to ensure timely credentialing and licensingSource, screen and qualify Office Staff candidates to join our dental officesPartner with hiring managers to review job requirements and create job ads for new positionsLeverage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), iCIMS to manage candidates and record critical information for our department metricsSet a high bar of expectations by maintaining an incredible level of communication with your department leaders and hiring managers so they always know how we're working to support their needsWork as part of a team to support other recruiting team membersFollow set company and department procedures and participate in creating new best practices to elevate the team's performance and partnership with our operational business partnersProvide positive, friendly customer service to Hiring Managers and other team members3+ years of recruiting experienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent recruiting experienceiCIMS (ATS) experience a plusPrior dental or healthcare recruiting a plusAn epic ability to delivercustomer serviceExcellent verbal and written communications skillsFor all of this Western Dental & Orthodonticsoffers a competitive benefit package designed to enhance the lives of our team members.
