This individual will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector.As a DevOps engineer, you’re eager to develop, manage, and secure a container platform that meets your client’s needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities. We need you to develop container management software to solve some of our clients’ toughest challenges.4+ years of experience in an Infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineer role2+ years of experience automating, monitoring, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters in a production environment2+ years of experience deploying applications into Kubernetes1+ years of experience with a cloud provider, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS)Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions and creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environmentExperience with Agile methods and practicesExperience with LinuxExperience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform, or Configuration as Code, including AnsibleTS/SCI clearanceBachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in DevOps, or 5+ years of experience in DevOps in lieu of a degreeDoD 8570 IAT Level II or IAT Level III CertificationAdditional Qualifications:Experience with implementing and managing monitoring and logging solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stackExperience evaluating and mitigating container vulnerabilitiesKnowledge of container security concepts and best practicesTS/SCI clearance requiredSilverEdge Government Solutions was founded on the belief that nurturing talent and collaborating closely with our customers enables us to think big and deliver the best for our country.
