Weu2019re seeking an experienced and collaborative Project Manager - Healthcare Buildings to join our team in Stockton, CA. Someone who can use their vast experience in the industry and apply it to todayu2019s challenges.As a Project Manager - Healthcare Buildings on our team, youu2019re not just building structures, helping our clients innovate and grow by executing the construction of their various facilities that are shaping our world.You will be working out of the clientu2019s site/office in Stockton, CA, reporting directly to the Sr. Project Manager and working alongside other Project and Construction Managers. Youu2019ll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You will manage and provide construction oversight and resolve complex construction project related issues, disputes, and disagreements. As the onsite Owneru2019s Representative, you will play a critical role in overseeing both the progress and technical execution of the project.Key responsibilities include: Liaison with IORs, Special Inspectors and other Authorityu2019s Having Jurisdiction (including HCAi) in collaboration with the Contractor Review and assist with the development of Project Delivery Plans, including QA/QC Plans, Safety Plans, Logistics Plans, etc. Coordination with Healthcare Operations including Facilities Management, Community and Government Relations and Environmental Health & Safety Monitor and enforce compliance with ICRA/PCRA requirements as well as compliance with HCAi related control measures Schedule Updates, Reviews and Management Change Order Review Assist with Safety and Environmental Health issuesYour role keeps our company connected and weu2019ll support you with what you need to be successful.
