Description We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Palmyra, New York. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in managing key HR functions such as recruitment, benefits administration, and employee leave processes. This opportunity is ideal for professionals seeking to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage all aspects of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. u2022 Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment processes and open enrollment periods. u2022 Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HRIS systems. u2022 Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. u2022 Administer employee leave programs, including FMLA and other applicable policies. u2022 Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefits and leave inquiries. u2022 Collaborate with management to address HR-related concerns and implement solutions. u2022 Perform data entry and ensure the integrity of HR-related documentation. u2022 Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in human resources administration within a manufacturing or similar industry. u2022 Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing and onboarding. u2022 Expertise in benefits functions, including enrollment and open enrollment management. u2022 Familiarity with managing employee leave policies and ensuring compliance with regulations. u2022 Proficiency in conducting background checks and handling sensitive employee data. u2022 Experience with HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee records. u2022 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Effective communication abilities to interact with employees and management.
