Business Analyst

Description We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with leadership in developing effective sales and marketing programs while driving operational excellence. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to delivering impactful business solutions. Responsibilities: u2022 Partner with leadership to translate sales and marketing strategies into actionable plans and programs. u2022 Design and maintain process documentation, workflows, and reporting dashboards for sales operations, including lead management and pipeline tracking. u2022 Conduct data analysis on market trends and client behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. u2022 Develop sales playbooks, partner scorecards, and tools to monitor performance metrics effectively. u2022 Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks for leadership decision-making. u2022 Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns, messaging, and resources with sales objectives. u2022 Gather business requirements and coordinate with technical teams to support CRM, PSA, and marketing automation tool integrations. u2022 Prepare comprehensive presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders, partners, and clients Requirements u2022 0u20134 years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, or marketing analysis, with a preference for experience in IT services. u2022 Strong understanding of sales pipelines, marketing funnels, and performance tracking. u2022 Proficiency in CRM tools, PSA systems, and spreadsheets, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies. u2022 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. u2022 Proven ability to create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for business use. u2022 Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. u2022 Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies, gap analysis, and document review. u2022 Background in call center customer service or business analysis is advantageous.
