We’re hiring an experienced Industrial Mechanic with expertise in dynamic balancing and vibration analysis to support industrial clients across the Greater Philadelphia area. This role offers competitive pay, long-term stability, and the chance to work with a respected, family-run company that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and safety. ​ What You’ll Do​ Perform precision field and shop balancing on pumps, fans, blowers, and rotating machinery Use vibration analysis tools to identify and correct misalignment and imbalance issues Tear down, inspect, and reassemble industrial equipment with accuracy and care Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specs to guide your work Work on-site at industrial facilities (power plants, water treatment, manufacturing, etc.) Keep detailed balancing and maintenance records while maintaining a safety-first mindset What We’re Looking For​ 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic (industrial or rotating equipment preferred) Strong skills in dynamic balancing and vibration analysis Experience using laser alignment systems, dial indicators, and balancing machines Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability in field environments Reliable transportation and a solid work ethic Willingness to travel regionally for jobs across the Philadelphia metro area Bonus: OSHA certification, experience with pump rebuilds or fan installations Why You’ll Love This J
