Pay Range: $25+/hour, depending on experience Summary: Produces machined parts by setting up, programming, and operating a CNC Mill machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; and maintaining equipment. Primary Responsibilities: Set up parts in CNC machines independently Change tools, adjust heights, and maintain required quality output Inspect products during machining to ensure parts meet specifications Follow all job work order instructions Operate more than one machine when cycle time allows Complete required shop floor documentation, including dimensional and visual inspections Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues; report repair needs to management Follow safety guidelines, quality system requirements, and housekeeping standards #NowHiring required-skills: Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 2 years’ experience setting up CNC Mill machines Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident due to contractual requirements Preferred Qualifications: Experience editing and writing basic CNC machine programs Ability to read and interpret blueprints including GD&T tolerancing Strong math skills Demonstrated problem-solving ability Strong attention to detail Effective verbal and written communication skills Physical Demands and Work Environment: Continuous mental and visual attention required Ability to stand for a shift, sit, talk, and hear as frequently needed Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Exposure to manufacturing areas where temperature may vary; personal protective equipment required
